At Buffalo Grass Safaris Adventures and Safaris, we’ve made it easy, safe, and flexible for you to pay for your dream holiday. Whether you’re heading on a wildlife safari in the Serengeti, trekking Kilimanjaro, or relaxing in Zanzibar, our secure payment options give you peace of mind.

How Our Payment Process Works

Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining 70% is due 45 days before your arrival in Tanzania.

We accept multiple payment methods, so you can choose the one that suits you best:

1. Bank Transfer (Recommended for Large Payments)

For large payments, bank transfers are highly secure and typically offer lower transaction fees. After completing your transfer, please email us a copy of your transaction receipt so we can begin confirming your arrangements.

Important: All international bank fees, including those charged by correspondent banks, must be covered by the sender.

2. Credit & Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard via Secure Gateway)

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments through a secure online platform. All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology and meet international security standards.

A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments.
Your credit card data is never stored in our system.

How it works:

We’ll email you a personalized invoice with a secure payment link.
Click the link, review the details, and follow the prompts to pay.
Once payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation via email.

⚠️ If we detect a suspicious or potentially fraudulent payment, we may pause your booking and request an alternative method.

3. Western Union (Fast International Transfers)

You can also send payment through Western Union — a fast and reliable option from anywhere in the world.

5. Cash Payments (Upon Arrival)

If you prefer, you can pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival in Tanzania at our office or to a member of our team.

This option helps you avoid international transfer or card fees, but should be arranged in advance for logistics.

After Payment – What Happens Next?

Once your payment is received:

You’ll get a confirmation email and invoice
We’ll secure all bookings (lodging, park permits, transport, etc.)
Your final travel documents will be shared before departure
